The learned AGP, at the outset, on instructions, makes a statement that the letter dated 19.6.2017 is withdrawn by the Education Officer, Zilla Parishad, Thane, by his communication dated 16.3.2018. In support of his statement, he placed on record the communication dated 16.3.2018. The same is taken on record. 2.

In the light of the above referred communication, the order dated 21.7.2017 passed in Writ Petition No.7935 of 2017 stands complied with, though belatedly.

In the circumstances, we do not want to proceed further with the contempt petition. The same is accordingly disposed of.
