DATED : 4th MARCH, 2024 P.C:- Petition filed under Section 29-A seek extension of the Arbitral Tribunal by further period of six months and it is informed that the proceedings before the Arbitral Tribunal are now scheduled for cross-examination fo the witness of the respondent. Since the factual aspect of the appointment of the Arbitrator for resolving the disputes between the partnership deed is not in dispute, so also the proceedings before the Arbitral Tribunal, since the respective counsel are at consensus that if the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended, the proceedings shlal be concluded, I deem it appropriate to allow the petition in terms of prayer clause (a).
