It is alleged that the respondents have committed contempt of the order passed by this Court on 20th March, 2015 in PIL No. 69 of 2011. The petitioners are the students of the deemed Universities. The fees are not being reimbursed to them. 2.

As far as the reimbursement of fees is concerned, the statistics would be required about the amount due and payable to the petitioners. The necessary colleges/deemed Universities where the petitioners are taking education will also have to put in their say.

In light of that, it would be appropriate for the petitioners to file appropriate proceedings for redressal of their grievance. 4.

In view of the above, the Contempt Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to avail appropriate remedy in accordance with law. No costs.
