Because of paper report and possible action against 54 persons including the Petitioners, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

We find that the Petitioners who claim to be the officers in the employment of the State Government, were occupying posts of District Supply Officers, apprehend action against them. 4.

However, during arguments, it became clear that as yet, they have not been arraigned formally as accused persons. 5.
