Learned APP states that the charge-sheet was filed and the same is registered as R.C.C. No. 571 of 2017 before the J.M.F.C. Thane. He states that during pendency of this petition, the prosecution evidence has been recorded, Statement under Section 313 of Cr.P.C. also recorded and now the matter is pending for defence evidence before the trial Court. In light of the said statement, we are not inclined to entertain the present petition at this stage. Hence, the Petition stands dismissed.
