Having heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the learned AGP for the State, we deem it appropriate to direct Respondent No.4 to decide the Petitioner's proposal dated 11th November, 2014 for alternate land bearing Plot No.12, admeasuring 400 sq. mtrs. Gat No.2B/1 totally admeasuring 2H 75 R situated at village Koregaon-Mul, Taluka Haveli, District Pune, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within the period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Ordered accordingly.

It is made clear that this Court has not gone into merits of the matter and all points and contentions of the respective parties are kept open. Respondent No.4 shall decide the said proposal on its own merits and in accordance with law.
