This is an Application seeking transfer of Divorce proceedings ARTI VILAS KHATATE Date: 2023.12.22 16:06:05 +0530 filed by the Respondent-husband before the Family Court, Thane to the Family Court at Nashik.

On 14th December 2023, when the matter was called out, Mr.Salunke, learned Counsel, had appeared for the Respondent and submitted that he had instructions to agree to the subject transfer but he needed some time to file an Affidavit.

Today, when the matter is called out, Mr.Salunke appears and submits that Affidavit dated 19th December 2023 conveying no objection of the Respondent to the subject transfer has been filed. A perusal of the said Affidavit indicates that the Respondent has no objection to transfer of the Petition No.A-346 of 2022 from the Family Court, Thane to the Family Court at Nashik, as prayed for in the Application.

Having perused the Application as well as the Affidavit of the Respondent dated 19th December 2023 and having heard the learned Counsel, the Petition No.A-346 of 2022 is transferred from the Family Court, Thane to the Family Court at Nashik.
