Learned Counsel for the respondent submits that respondent has no objection to transfer the application as prayed by the applicant. Learned counsel further submits that it be made time bound. 3.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the respondent, I pass following order:

(i) Divorce proceeding filed by the respondent-husband pending before Civil Judge, Senior Division, Satara be transferred to Family Court at Belapur.

(ii) The Trial Court is requested to expedite the trial as early as possible.
