The above Writ Petition has been filed for seeking a direction against the Respondent Nos.1 to 4 to register an FIR against the Respondent Nos.7 to 10 on the basis of the complaint of the Petitioner dated 29th September, 2017, in which he is alleging offences punishable under Sections 420, 466, 468, 471, 473 and 476 of the Indian Penal Code.

The Respondent Nos.7 to 10 it seems lay a claim to the disputed property.

Be that as it may, the learned APP on instructions of API - D.R.Madane, states that the Bharati Vidyapeeth Police Station, Pune, is looking into the complaint of the Petitioner and in connection therewith has sought certain information from the Pune Municipal Corporation. It is submitted by the learned APP that the information is as not yet received from the Pune Municipal Corporation. The Pune Municipal Corporation is represented by the learned counsel Mr.Pethe, who assures the Court that within two weeks from date, the necessary information would be provided to the concerned Officer of the Bharati Vidyapeeth Police Station, Pune. Statement accepted.

After the receipt of the said information and within a period of two weeks thereafter, the Officer who is carrying out an enquiry as regards the complaint of the Petitioner may arrive at a decision whether to register an FIR or not and communicate his decision to the Petitioner immediately thereafter.

With the directions as aforesaid, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
