Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that, the Applicant would be depositing the entire decreetal amount in the concerned Tribunal within a period of six weeks from today. 3.

Hence, the stay is granted to the execution of the 'Decree', subject to deposit of the entire decreetal amount in the concerned Tribunal within a period of six weeks from today, failing which the stay to stand automatically vacated without any further reference to the Court. 4.

The amount of Rs.25,000/-, which is deposited as a statutory deposit in this Court, be transferred to the concerned Tribunal. 5.
