This petition is preferred for expedited hearing of the discharge application filed by the petitioners in the trial Court. the petitioners are facing prosecution under sections 403, 406, 417, 420, 421, 120B r/w section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the discharge application preferred by them in August, 2018 is still pending and is not decided. The Criminal Case i.e., C.R. No.689 of 2010 is still pending. The limited prayer of the petitioners is that their application for discharge be decided.

The original complainant is not made a party to this petition. However, in view of the limited prayer made for hearing, this petition can be disposed of with the following order: The learned 29th Joint Civil judge and JMFC, Pune to hear the discharge application filed by the petitioners after giving proper opportunity to the other side and decide the same on or before 31.1.2019.
