Heard Mr.Chandrakant Chavan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Pande, learned counsel for the respondent, at length. 2.

The learned Counsel for the parties have tendered the consent terms duly signed by the parties and their Advocates. 3.

Mr. Chavan states that the Constituted Attorney of the petitioner is present in Court. He has tendered a photo-copy of his Aadhaar card, which is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

Mr. Pande states that the respondent is present in Court. He has tendered a photo-copy of her Aadhaar card which is taken on record and marked "Y" for identification.

Consent terms are taken on record and marked 'Z'. As per the consent terms, the applicant wishes to withdraw above Civil Revision Application in view of the undertaking given by the respondent. The undertaking given by the respondent in the consent terms is accepted. The applicant is permitted to withdraw Civil Revision Application and same is disposed of in terms of the consent terms marked as 'Z'. Order accordingly.
