The Original Petitioner No.2 has filed this Interim Application inter alia praying for deletion of his name from the cause tile of Writ Petition No.5982 of 2022. The Interim Application is filed pursuant to the Order passed by this Court on 15.12.2022. We have heard learned counsel for the parties. Husen Page 1 of 2

908 IA 736 OF 2023.doc For the reasons recorded in Interim Application, Application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause (a). The Petitioner No.1 to carry out amendment in the writ petition within three weeks from today. Re-verification is dispensed with. 2.

Amendment shall also be carried out in the copies supplied to the Respondents within the same time. The other Respondents who have not filed an affidavit in reply in the writ petition are permitted to file an affidavit in reply within three weeks from today with a copy thereof to be served upon the Respondents' advocate simultaneously. Rejoinder, if any, shall be filed two weeks thereafter.
