By this writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner-husband is challenging order dated 7th November 2022 passed by the Family Court, Solapur in Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.2 of 2018 directing the petitioner to pay Rs.4,500/- towards enhanced amount of maintenance. 2.

According to the petitioner, he is receiving Rs.12,000/- as pension. He has another wife and daughter. Therefore, according to him, the direction to pay Rs.4,500/- per month is unreasonable. 3.

It appears that the petitioner performed second marriage despite having earlier wife. Considering amount of the pension which the petitioner is getting and the consumer price index as of today, amount of Rs.4,500/- appears to be reasonable. There is no perversity nor error of jurisdiction calling for interference under
