It is submitted that this Court under order dated 7 December 2022 disposed of the Writ Petition as infructuous in view of the office note. The Petitioner/Applicant could not file the praecipe to suggest that the matter is not infructuous. The liberty was granted by the Court to revive the Petition in case something survives.

The learned Counsel submits that the matter pertains to the social status of the Petitioner inasmuch the caste claim of the Petitioner was invalidated and the same is challenged.
