This is an application for restoration of Criminal Application No.708 of 2016 which was dismissed for non prosecution by a speaking Order dated 1.11.2017.In the interest of justice the application is restored to the file subject to condition that the applicant shall pay costs of Rs.5000/- to the High Court Legal Aid Committee within a period of two weeks from today. It is made clear that if the applicant fails to pay the said costs, the Criminal Application No.708/2016 will not be restored to the file. 2.
