1] After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant at length, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned counsel on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file an application for bail before the trial Court, if the trial arising out of C.R. No. I-121 of 2018 registered with Bazar Peth Police Station, Kalyan, District Thane, does not commence within the period of nine months from today.

Leave and liberty granted.
