Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP.

Applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No. 169/2018 registered with Sangvi Police Station, Pune City for offence punishable under Sections 307, 504, 506, 141, 143, 144, 147, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code, section 37(1), 135 of the Bombay

2 1.3199.18 ba.doc Police Act and Section 4(27) of Arms Act.

Complainant Alok, victim Sunil in categorical terms has attributed specific role/overt act to the applicant in the commission of serious offence under section 307 of the Indian Penal Code. There are eye witnesses to the incident.

Apart from above, there are three antecedents of similar nature which speaks voluminous of criminal mind of the applicant. That being so, no case for bail is made out, rejected. [NITIN W. SAMBRE, J.]
