After hearing this matter for some time, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave of the Court, on instructions, to withdraw this Petition with liberty to approach the Registrar, Co-operative Societies for assisting in the conduct of an enquiry/order which is in progress in terms of Section 81(3)(c) of the Maharashtra State Co-operative Societies Act, 1960.
