Convict Shantanu Sitaram @ Anil Divekar has moved this application for grant of temporary bail for a period of three months. His wife was due on 19/1/2019 and he has pointed out some difficulties in support of his request.

The application moved on 24/10/2018 has remained pending without any orders. The delivery has already taken place and the period for which temporary bail was sought has also expired in April 2019. 3.
