Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the application. Learned Counsel, however, submits that having regard to the period of incarceration of the applicant, the trial may be expedited. 3.

The submission appears reasonable. The learned Sessions Judge seized with Sessions Case No.139 of 2022 arising out of C.R.No.781 of 2021 is requested to commence and conclude the trial in the said case as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of nine months from the date of communication of this order. In the event the trial is not concluded within the said period, the applicant is at liberty to revive the prayer for bail before the trial Court. 4.

Leave granted with liberty as prayed for.
