The Applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No. 234 of 2018 punishable under Sections 324, 323, 504, 506, 327, 143, 147, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code.

Apart from history of previous enmity, if the nature of injuries suffered by the victim - complainant is verified with that of allegation in complaint and the injury certificate of the case of complainant, appears to be far away from truth. As such, the false implication cannot be ruled out. 3.

As such, the case for grant of pre-arrest bail to the Applicant is made out. Hence, the following order.

ORDER

(A) In the event of arrest in Crime No. 234 of 2018 punishable under Sections 324, 323, 504, 506, 327, 143, 147, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code, the Applicant be released on executing PR Bond of Rs. 15,000/- with one surety in the like amount.

(B) The Applicant shall attend the Investigating Officer on 14th, 18th and 21st January 2019 between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon and thereafter as and when directed.

(C) The Applicant shall not tamper the evidence of prosecution nor influence the prosecution witnesses.
