By the reasoned order dated 26.12.2017, the Applicant was granted interim relief.

Heard the learned counsel for the Applicant, the learned counsel appearing for the 1st informant and the learned APP. Perused the record and investigation.

The record indicates that in pursuance of Order dated 10.01.2018, the applicant has attended the investigation officer and the alleged gadgets use in the present crime i.e. laptop and mobile phone of the applicant have been seized by the police. That the said gadgets have been sent to Forensic Science Laboratory for further analysis. As noted in the order dated 26.12.2017, prima facie, it appears that as the applicant left the job of the informant company causing acrimony

habeeb 2 19.aba.2241.17.doc between the Complainant and the Applicant, the present crime has been registered. It further appears from the contention raised by the learned counsel for the informant that the custody of the Applicant is being sought only to cause harm to his reputation and to lower down his image in the society at the hands of complainant/informant. 4.

In view thereof, interim relief granted by order dated 26.12.2017 is hereby confirmed. However, the condition to attend the investigating officer/concerned police station is waived. 5.
