By this Civil Application, applicant-Insurance Company is

2 34.6.18 caf.doc seeking condonation of 108 days delay in filing the First Appeal challenging the Judgment and Award dated 06/04/2017 passed by Motor Accident Claims Tribunal at Kolhapur in MAC Petition no. 198 of 2012.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and the averments made in Civil Application, I am satisfied that applicant has made out case for allowing Civil Application. Hence, following order:

(I) Delay of 108 days in filing First Appeal is condoned. (II) Registry is directed to make noting that First Appeal stand dismissed against Respondent no. 7 Mayur Shivaji Vidhate. (III) Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly. (IV) No order as to costs.
