Petitioner accused and respondent No.2 - complainant are present with their respective Advocates and make a joint request for quashing of F.I.R. which, essentially, is under section 498-A of Indian Penal Code.

2] The respondent No.2 has, in court, tendered an affidavit stating that they are residing together since last four years happily. The F.I.R. is of the year 2014.
