Though the applicant does to deserve any sympathy as rightly submitted by the learned counsel for the complainant, only in the interest of the justice and as the applicant has deposited a sum of Rs.10 Lakhs on 29/12/2022, I am inclined to accept to the request made by the learned counsel for the applicant that within a period of 4 weeks from today, as assessed by the applicant, the applicant shall deposit the balance amount.

It is made clear that if the amount is not so deposited and the statement made earlier is not complied with, any further request for extension will not be considered. 3.

The interim application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
