By this Application the Applicant is seeking early date of hearing of Writ Petition No.4202 of 2012. He submits that in the present Writ Petition this Court passed order on 04.07.2012 and Rule is made returnable early. He submits that the Court also granted liberty to the Applicant to move before this Court for fixing early date of hearing. Waghmare 1 / 2

IA.3472.19 in wp.4202.12.doc The learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that by this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioner is challenging the order of dismissal of the Petitioner from service. Considering the submission made by the learned Counsel for the Applicant and reasons disclosed in the Application, we are satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing this application. Hence, the following order is passed :

i) Hearing of Writ Petition No.4202 of 2012 is expedited. ii) Registry is directed to place the Writ Petition No.4202 of 2012 for final hearing on weekly board as per its turn in the list of expedited matters.

iii) Interim Application is disposed of accordingly. iv) No order as to costs.
