Private parties jointly request for quashing of FIR under section 454, 457, 380 of IPC. Respondent No.2 complainant has given separate affidavit accordingly, on 25/2/2019. Today orally he again gives no objection.

Dispute had arisen out of business transactions and there is no public angle to it.

We therefore accept joint request and make Rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (b) and (c).
