After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw this Application, as the Court is inclined to expedite the case.

Learned APP states that charge has been framed in the present case.

Considering the aforesaid and the peculiar facts & circumstances of the case, the trial of the Applicant is expedited. The learned Sessions Judge shall conclude the case as expeditiously as possible and in any event within six months from the date of receipt of

BA 3025-17.doc this order. The learned Judge shall consider the case on its own merits uninfluenced by the withdrawal of this case. If for no fault of the Applicant the trial does not conclude within the stipulated period, the prosecution is at liberty to file a fresh Application seeking his enlargement on bail. The learned counsel for the Applicant shall produce this order before the trial Court.
