Applicant had preferred Criminal Bail Application No.2996 of 2018, before this Court, which was allowed by order order dated 8th November, 2018. While granting bail, one of the condition imposed by this court on the applicant is to attend BKC Police Station between 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon on every Saturday and Sunday.
Applicant seeks relaxation of the said condition. It is submitted that the applicant is a practicing advocate and it
rpa 2/2 930-appp-1502-18.doc become difficult for him to attend the police station. Applicant had complied with all conditions imposed by the Court. Applicant was granted bail by order dated 8th November, 2018. He was directed to attend BKC Police Station, as stated hereinabove. Court has also granted liberty to apply for relaxation of this condition after three months. It appears chargesheet has been filed, and, hence, the condition can be relaxed, as follows:
:: O R D E R ::
(i) Order dated 8th November, 2018, passed by this Court in Criminal Bail Application No.2996 of 2018, is modified by directing the applicant to attend BKC Police Station once in a month on first Sunday between 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., till filing of charge-sheet;
(ii) Criminal Application stands disposed of.
