By this Civil Application, Applicant/Company is seeking condonation of 49 days delay in filing the First Appeal challenging the Judgment and award dated 21.07.2017 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal Mangaon, District Raigad, in Motor Accident Claim Petition No. 06 of 2013.
