Challenge in this petition is to the order dated 5th December, 2022 passed by Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate's 19th Court, Esplanade, Mumbai in Criminal Misc. Application No.4134 of 2022 seeking extension of permission to travel abroad by six months from 8th June, 2022.

Learned advocate for the petitioner, on instructions, states that the petitioner is now ready and willing to return India within two weeks. If the petitioner intends to return back India, the concerned authorities shall permit the petitioner to return back within two weeks.

In that view of the matter, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the petition. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
