The applicants had preferred Criminal Bail Application No.2506 of 2018 and Criminal Bail Application No.947 of 2018 respectively before this Court which were allowed by common order dated 26th October 2018. The applicants were directed to be released on bail in CR No.327 of 2017 registered with D.N.Nagar Police Station on furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each

The applicants were also permitted to furnish cash security in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each for a period of four weeks. Learned advocate for applicants submitted that the applicants had presented sureties, however, the procedure for acceptance of sureties is in progress. It would take some more time. It is therefore prayed that facility of cash security granted by this Court by order dated 26th October 2018 may be extended by four weeks.

Considering the submissions advanced by the advocate for applicants, the facility of cash security granted by this Court vide order dated 26th October 2018 in Bail Application No.947 of 2018 and Bail Application No.2506 of 2018 is extended by a period of four weeks.
