After hearing the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant at length, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned counsel on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present Application with liberty to surrender before the concerned Magistrate having jurisdiction over Khadakpada Police Station, Kalyan, District Thane on or before 11.00 a.m. on 22nd March, 2019. Leave and liberty granted.

Application is dismissed as withdrawn, with aforesaid liberty.
