This Court on January 18, 2019 has already granted ad-interim protection to the applicant.

Apart from the fact that crime No.666/2018 for offence punishable under sections 306, 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 33 and 34 of the Maharashtra Money Lenders Act, 1946 was registered with Shirur police station, District Pune against the applicant, the other similarly placed coaccused Dnyaneshwar Ingawale, Mohan Sangle and Walmik

2 5) aba2516-18.doc Nimbalkar are already ordered to be released on bail in the event of their arrest by this Court vide order dated October 31, 2019 and October 25, 2018 passed in Anticipatory Bail Application Nos.2250/2018 and 2221 of 2018 with 2222 of 2018. The said accused persons are similarly placed like the present applicant. In view thereof, the present applicant is also ordered to be released on bail on similar terms and conditions. Hence the order :- i) In the event of arrest in Crime No.666/2018 for offence punishable under sections 306, 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 33 and 34 of the Maharashtra Money Lenders Act, 1946 registered with Shirur police station, District Pune, the applicant be released on bail on his executing P.R. bond of Rs.25,000/- with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount;

ii) The applicant shall attend the Investigating officer as and when directed;

iii) The applicant shall furnish his permanent as well as temporary addresses, if any, and his contact details to the concerned investigating officer;

iv) The applicant shall not change his residential addresses

v) The applicant shall not influence the prosecution witnesses or tamper with the evidence;

vi) The applicant shall co-operate with the investigating agency; vii) The application stands disposed of accordingly. (NITIN W. SAMBRE, J.)
