The leaned Advocate for applicant submits that the applicant would deposit a sum of Rs. 50 lakhs within a period of two weeks. Therefore, on the condition of depositing that much amount within a given time, the execution of substantive sentence of imprisonment stands suspended.

Pending the present revision, the applicant be released on his executing PR Bond of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand
