The Petition essentially challenging the order of the District Magistrate under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act. The Petitioner has an alternate remedy before the DRT. Hence we are not inclined to entertain the Petition. The Petition is accordingly dismissed.

The period of pendency of the present proceedings shall be considered by the DRT in condoning the delay, if any, in filing the proposed Securitisation Application before the DRT by the Petitioner.
