After hearing the learned Counsel for the Applicant at length, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned Counsel on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present Application with liberty to file a fresh Application for bail before the trial Court, if the trial arising out of C.R. No.I-127 of 201 registered with the C.B.D.Belapur Police Station does not commence within a period of one year from today.

Application is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. At this stage, learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that, the marriage of the sister of the applicant is scheduled on 19.02.2018 and the applicant may be released on temporary bail for a period of one week. The applicant is granted liberty to file a separate application in that behalf seeking temporary bail.
