The Civil Application is taken out for expeditious hearing of the Writ Petition.

It is pointed out by learned Counsel for the Applicants/Petitioners that the order dated 3 September 2009 passed under section 12(1) of the Maharashtra Agricultural Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Act, 1963 has already been withdrawn during the pendency of the Petition and now there is no reservation for APMC in the new Development Plan. 1/2
