P.C. :- 1] After these matters were heard for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioners, on basis of instructions from the petitioners, seeks leave to withdraw these petitions with liberty to challenge the impugned orders, in the event the main suit is decided against the petitioners or even if the main suit is decided in favour of the petitioners, but the respondents choose to challenge such decision by instituting appeal.

Dinesh Sherla 905-906-wp-14093-14094-18 2] Since the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioners is quite consistent with the provisions of Section 105 of the CPC, there is no difficulty in accepting the same. 3] Accordingly, these petitions are permitted to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. All contentions of all parties are kept open to be raised at the appropriate stage. 4] Both the petitions are disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
