On 14th December 2018, this Court directed Registry to list matters as per CMIS date. Accordingly, matter has come up today. Counsel for petitioner fairly states that on that date, this Court orally observed that grievance can be raised after tender process is finalized and the process is still not finalized.

It, therefore, appears that at present, there is no cause of action in favour of petitioner. Representation made by petitioner to employer pointing out that Labour Cooperative Societies from other Districts cannot be considered, is also pending. SQ Pathan 1/2

wp.14038.18.26.doc We, therefore, grant petitioner leave to submit a reminder to respondents with the order of this Court within two weeks from today. Similarly, we also grant him leave to approach again, if other cause of action arises.

With said leave, we dispose of petition.
