On instructions, learned Counsel for the respondent states that his client has no objection for the License Agreement to be handed over to the applicant/petitioner for the purpose of adjudication of the stamp duty payable on the said agreement.

In view of the fair stand taken by the respondent, the application is required to be disposed of by the following order:-

ORDER

(i) The applicant to receive from the office of the respondent the original License Agreement dated 6 June 2008 to be submitted for adjudication of the stamp duty payable on the said agreement. (ii) The applicant may approach the office of the respondent within a period of one week from today.

(iii) Disposed of in the above terms. No costs. [G.S. KULKARNI, J.]
