Learned APP, on instructions from Senior Jailor, Taloja Central Prison, Navi Mumbai, submitted that, Petitioner has been convicted in Sessions Case No.589 of 2015 by Sessions Court, at Mumbai and sentenced for imprisonment of 10 years. That, the Petitioner has been transferred to Nagpur Central Prison on 5th June 2019 for undergoing sentence.

In view thereof, the Petition has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed off.
