This is an application for bringing legal heirs of the respondent No.3 on record. It is stated that, at the time of filing of the present Application the legal heirs have already been impleaded as respondents. However, with a view to avoid any technical objections present Application is moved.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no serious objection for allowing the present Application. 3.

In view thereof, application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c).
