The above Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Senior Inspector of Police, MIDC Police Station, Mumbai to provide police protection/police aid to the Court Commissioner for taking physical possession of the secured property on 20th December, 2023.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner NBFC submitted that in fact police assistance has been provided on 20th December, 2023 and physical possession of the secured asset has also been handed over to the Petitioner NBFC. He, therefore, sought leave to withdraw the above Writ Petition.

In these circumstances, the above Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, there shall be no order as to costs. 5.
