By this application, applicant - Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Konkan Division, Navi Mumbai seeks extension of 12 weeks time to decide Revision Application No.40 of 2018 pending before him. Ms Gavhane has invited my attention to the letter dated 04.12.2018 addressed by the Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies to her, seeking extension upto 28.02.2019. She assures that no further extension will be sought.
