This Interim Application is filed seeking stay to the execution of the Impugned Judgment and Award dated 6 July, 2021 passed by the MACT, Satara in MACP No. 102 of 2015.

By an order dated 3 March, 2023, this Court has directed the Applicants to deposit the entire awarded amount along with accrued interest thereon within a period of eight weeks before the Tribunal and subject to which, a stay was granted.

The Advocate for the Insurance Company states that the Insurance Company has complied with the direction of the Court and deposited the entire decretal amount.
