The learned counsel for the petitioners has tendered a copy of the decision taken by respondent no.2-University in its meeting of the Academic Council held on 3rd January 2024. By the said decision, it has been resolved that the students, who have passed the Agriculture Polytechnic course, would be given admission to the IVth semester of B.Sc.(Hons.) Agriculture and thereafter to the III rd semester as a special case.

In view of the aforesaid, by taking this resolution on record and marking it as annexure '

A', the purpose of filing the writ petition is served.

Respondent nos.1 to 3 shall take necessary consequential steps in the matter within a period of two weeks from today. 4.
