Heard. None for the Respondent though duly served. By this Civil Application, the Applicant is seeking to condone the delay of 35 days in preferring the First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 07.07.2017 passed by the MACT, Mumbai in Application No.2103/2010.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, we are satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.
