1] This is an application for relaxation of condition imposed upon the applicants by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Pune by its Order dated 9.2.2017 passed below Exh.1 in Bail Application No.4099 of 2016. By the said Order, the applicants are directed that, after their release from jail, shall not enter the Pune City till conclusion of trial, except for attending the hearing dates in Court.

2] The applicants are an accused for an offence under section 307 with allied provisions of Indian Penal Code and under the Arms Act. The Trial Court after taking into consideration the attending circumstance, has imposed the said condition. Perusal of the said Order would indicate that, the said condition is just and proper and requires no modification by this Court. Application is accordingly rejected.
